We are looking for a VP of Global Sales Development to join our high performing sales organization, working within a global leadership team tasked with managing a team of Sales Development (SDR), Business Development (BDR) and Account Development (ADR) representatives. As the senior leader of the Sales Development team at a hypergrowth SaaS company, you will use your experience running global teams to institute processes that enable significant pipeline generation. The Sales Development organization works across a number of inbound, outbound and current customer growth channels, creating pipeline that feeds an org of 20+ account executives. Lusha is a PLG company at its core, however our next phase of growth requires a mastery of the cold outbound process as our TAM is endless.
You will lead from the front, fostering a winning mindset in your people. You own the global pipeline generation number, and will find ways to optimize processes to enable significant pipeline growth, maintaining health. You have an excellent eye for talent, and have scaled a large (100+) person Sales Development team before. Your coaching skills enable the growth of the leaders below you, and create career paths for those in your org, preparing the team for long-term careers as AE's and CSMs.

You will:
- Hire, train, and lead a highly-effective Sales Development team, inspiring accountability and high performance
- Manage a growing team of four senior manager/director-level leaders responsible for over 40+ global employees, doubling in size in 2023
- Build a best-in-class outbound pipeline generation machine alongside the Director of Sales Ops and VP of Growth
- Work alongside senior sales leadership to partner on revenue targets, creating an environment of global collaboration between the VPs of Sales and VP of CS
- Create healthy and sustainable pipeline to allow the company to achieve revenue goals
- Ensure consistency of processes between your teams and countries
- Coach your leaders effectively, inspiring a growth mindset and collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and the BI team to define KPIs, measure the business accurately, and create motivating comp plans
- Work with the VP Sales to create measurable OKRs to achieve company goals
- Optimize the team structure and motions to ensure efficiency
- Effectively manage performance metrics and KPIs

- Analytical - At Lusha we measure everything. You'll analyze our GTM strategy constantly, tweaking how we approach inbound, outbound and expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Sales Development leadership experience
- Strong executive presence, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
- Experience managing a global team and the ability to communicate effectively
- High integrity leader with the ability to motivate
- Self-starter, results-oriented, process-oriented, and entrepreneurial
- Willing to travel 1x per quarter to our global office in Tel Aviv
- Analytical approach to solving problems
- Proficient in English
