We are the Growth team.We're creating a scalable and reliable funnel of new customers with high revenue potential. You'll be responsible for building new conversations and converting them into project opportunities connected to our company's north star business strategy. As ambassadors for 352, the Growth team embodies our company's values and displays candor in pursuit of authenticity. The Role

You will work with strategy and marketing peers for prospecting conversations, building community, and continuing to refine and scale the sales process. This non-management position requires best-in-class in-person and digital relationship building to play both the short and long game of filling the pipeline with the right work. We want you to balance the ability to handle the C-Suite with ease while not being afraid to get your hands dirty. Real talk: no job is too small or big, and the right person will thrive in this environment, carving out their impact far beyond this description.

Requirements

You are, have & value (in no particular order):
  • 10+ years of proven outbound and business development experience, emphasis on meaningful interactions with enterprise and midmarket decision-makers
  • Success in seeking out high-value prospects that align with ideal customer profiles to find net new accounts and relationships
  • Professional services/agency selling experience (eg., consulting, web and software development, marketing, research, etc.) preferred
  • Strong desire to create meaningful connections with teammates, customers, prospects, and the broader business & innovation communities
  • Cross-discipline collaboration to showcase 352 to the world through the sales process
  • Ability to read through customer symptoms to understand and extract the real business problem and then be an effective & empathetic communicator to gain buy-in successfully
  • Strong business strategy acumen
  • Knowledge of current industry and customer trends, issues and a desire to do something about it
