Overview:
You will lead B2B demand generation efforts, driving qualified leads, filling inbound pipeline, and supporting brand awareness. Another key element of the role is optimizing digital channels (email, PPC, SEO, paid social, the website and others) for lead volume, lead quality and lead cost. Oversight of website development - working closely with Product Marketing and Brand, ensure the continued evolution and optimization of our website is another important responsibility that the VP of Growth Marketing will lead.
You will:- Lead B2B demand generation efforts, driving qualified leads, filling inbound pipeline, and supporting brand awareness
- Optimizing digital channels (email, PPC, SEO, paid social, the website and others) for lead volume, lead quality and lead cost
- Oversight of website development - working closely with Product Marketing and Brand, ensure the continued evolution and optimization of our website
- Ownership of the website instance of LivePerson - to showcase the best of our solution and building this into a mature PLG motion to identify and capture leads with demonstrated buying intent
- Collaborate with leaders across the go-to-market team to set and execute demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth for both new logos and expansion
- Work closely with internal and external resources to champion and build new paid media campaigns and web/landing pages to drive traffic and leads
- Build the annual and quarterly demand generation plans based on revenue and pipeline targets
- Work closely with the marketing operations team to see programs through from planning to execution to reporting and optimization
- Work with in house brand team to produce the assets you need to drive demand
- Manage and evolve a high performing team
- Work closely with the Field Marketing and Events teams across regions to align demand and growth activities with field interests
- Work closely with the SDR teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth lead handoff that optimizes for speed to lead
- Track & measure demand generation performance and quickly adjust strategy and tactics based on insights
- Manage the budgets for all of the above, with accountability to cost per lead
- Work closely with the entire marketing team to deliver on overall marketing KPIs
- 10+ years of experience as a marketer with a primary focus on demand generation
- A proven history of success in growing inbound demand for Enterprise SaaS businesses
- An expert understanding of both inbound and outbound B2B marketing tactics – particularly SEO and SEM, PPC, social media and email
- Experience hiring, managing and growing teams
- A background working with industry-standard tools (MAPs, Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the full B2B lead lifecycle
- Strong understanding of analytics and optimization
- A great communicator and can actively lead planning discussions
- Bonus points if you have familiarity with the CX market
