Purpose

Clickatell is seeking a revenue-centric leaderwhowill run the strategy around all digital acquisition and growth for the company. You will lead 2 distinct lines of business, SaaS pipeline and conversions, and Enterprise ABM pipeline and conversions.

Reporting to the CMO, this position will lead design and execute the acquisition programs to generate our SaaS Pipeine, as well as integrated Account Based Marketing programs to increase customer acquisition and expansion in key target markets.

We Do The Right Things- Responsibilities of the Role
  • Execute demand generation strategy to scale new business pipeline for a high-growth sales tech start-up.
  • Consistently hit growth targets for acquisition, channels and expansion pipeline.
  • Build and launch integrated marketing campaigns that leverage intent data, social media, email marketing, direct mail, advertising and events to reach the right buyers at the right time.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to scale our Outbound engine and create a repeatable framework that enables SDR's to become successful in their first 1-2 weeks at Clickatell.
  • Own pre-sales marketing automation strategy and nurture opportunities that aren't in-market until they turn into active buying cycles, re-engaging the right buyers at the right time.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and communications team members to develop compelling assets for new customer acquisition campaigns, including high-value offers, industry studies, videos, case studies, whitepapers/eBooks, and interactive tools.
  • Partner with Director of Communications to guide the keyword and content strategy for an aggressive SEO program to increase visibility and domain authority for key terms in a hot market.
  • Manage internal and external resources to hit aggressive new business growth targets.
  • Measure and report on performance of specific creative, campaigns, and channels. Consistently optimize and improve to deliver maximum ROI over time.


Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Work Experience
  • 7+ years working in acquisition and account-based demand generation for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in mobile, SMS, CPaaS, ecommerce, mobile payments industries.
  • Knowledge and Abilities
  • A passion for building ABM and demand gen programs that fuel industry-leading new business growth
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to engage, inspire and educate through storytelling
