About This Role - VP, Head of Brand Design

The Marketing Team is seeking a candidate who is self-starting and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a high-growth environment. This person should have previous experience in a role that is hands-on/logistical and enjoy creative problem-solving.

Primary Responsibilities:

Genesis is hiring a brand designer to define and evolve our visual brand identity at scale.

• Help our team build on and expand the design direction at Genesis.
• Develop designs for presentation decks, pitch materials, product collateral, company communications, marketing campaigns, and more.
• Manage brand guidelines, design systems, and design quality standards so they are maintained across the company.
• Ensure systems and standards are implemented consistently across all digital assets, communication formats, and deliverables.
• Oversee design production calendar - develop workflows with the internal marketing team and with external vendors from concept to completion.
• Execute against design projects touching multiple departments.
• Collaborate with company leaders, marketing teammates, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements
