Job Title: Vice-President / Head of Creator Acquisition & Agency Relationships

Reports to: General Manager, Creator Platform
The Head of Creator Acquisition & Agency Relationships plays an important role in attracting the world’s leading creators to join the LTK platform - furthering LTK’s position as the top platform to fuel creator commerce. In this role you will grow and develop a sales team that will be maniacally focused on sourcing, acquiring and onboarding top tier of creator talent. Additionally, you will establish, grow and maintain strategic relationships with key talent agencies to source high value creators across a variety of demographics.
This is a pivotal role for LTK as we dramatically pivot our approach to bringing new creators to the LTK platform. This role will work with GMs to determine key demographics to source, based on business model planning, shopper demand and retailer availability. Additionally, this leader will be a crucial lynch pin of feedback to the rest of the organization - sharing suggestions and recommendations based off of creator conversations and agency discussions that will ultimately improve our product as well as our marketing language. The leader of this team will champion this new growth revenue stream by increasing the LTK value proposition for creators, creator agencies and retailers in our ecosystem.
Creator Acquisition Responsibilities:
- In this role, your job is to lead a sales team in sourcing and acquiring new Influencers to the LTK platform. You will be measured based upon the following goals:
- Achieve your monthly and annual targets for new creator acquisition.
- Maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your year-to-date goals.
- Lead team to achieve daily contact targets and activity metrics, using a combination of phone, email, DM and agency outreach.
- Track all activities, notes and contacts in our database.
- Use prospecting strategies to reach out to active Influencers who are not a part of LTK today.
- Build talk tracks based upon Influencer strategy and personas.
- Understand and demonstrate the value of the LTK platform.
- Manage team that will follow-up on all cold and warm leads.
- Project manage contracts and agreements.
- Onboard new creators through the 60-day process to maximize their success/posts.
- Answer product-related questions.
- Maintain a log of all creator contact and next steps.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to fine-tune messaging and products.
Agency Relationships Responsibilities:
- Generate new revenue line for LTK supporting the growth of our Influencer Agency relationships
- Develop a strategic plan to build out creator agency business unit leveraging our Influencer and Brand platforms and key assets of the creator commerce and LTK business
- Lead discovery of need between internal and external business resources and capabilities; engagement of creator agency partners relative to this opportunity.
- Determine external partners needed in standing up this new business of growth for LTK including partnership agreements, value proposition alignment, and execution.
- Work across functional and business unit teams to develop a recommendation for long term strategy and near-term rollout plan for agencies.
- Work closely with GM to recommend structure and resource needs.
- Build resources/capabilities necessary to accelerate the approved plan.
- Work closely with the Brand Platform GM to build relationships with external brand partners to attract and retain agency partnerships.
- Troubleshoot challenges through the business plan and evaluate alternatives to drive to a successful launch and strong profitability profile.

What Successful Candidates Will Have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A Master’s Degree is preferred.
- 10-12 years creator marketing or agency experience
- 10+ years experience in field sales, inside sales or business development required.
- Excellent presentation skills to executive team and partner groups
- Demonstrated aggressiveness and success achieving outcomes
- Works well with little to no direction
- Growth mindset
- High urgency and initiative
- Existing creator agency relationships a plus
- Both strategic and operational; able to establish plan but also execute
- Self-starter who has the desire to learn, grow and excel.
- Ability to rapidly learn new knowledge and acquire new skills.

- Motivated and competitive with a positive attitude.
- Experience in HubSpot preferred.
- Preference for those experienced in creators, talent agencies, etc.
- Ability to conduct self in a professional / executive manner.
- Strong time management skills.
