VP, Head of Marketing

Position Summary

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Hex Trust. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services to our target audience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Hex Trust, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
  
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.
  
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment.
  
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
  
• Though not required, experience or a strong interest in the digital asset space would be most beneficial.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
