Anaplan seeks a highly seasoned Vice President, Human Resources Business Partners to join one of the fastest-growing cloud vendors. Make your mark on the industry. This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will lead a global team of HR Business Partners. The VP, HR Business Partners is a critically important role, enabling the HR organization to strategically partner with senior leaders and support the achievement of Anaplan business commitments. This is a highly strategic role that requires a combination of focus, agility, and talent management expertise. This role requires a highly influential individual with strong relationship building, problem solving, change management and data-driven analysis skills. Additionally, we seek someone with a great attitude, high energy, and extremely high work ethic. Our ideal candidate is based in New York City, Northern Virginia/DC area, or the Miami market.
Your Impact:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership passionate about a transformational HR and talent agenda designed to attract, develop, reward, and retain the best talent
- Build, develop, encourage, empower and direct a team of HR professionals to create and implement human resources programs using best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a strong workforce to contribute to the company's culture and core values
- Deliver people and organizational solutions from a global enterprise perspective that are aligned to our strategic business priorities, including providing proactive and robust change management practices, strategic guidance, and support for the company
- Meaningfully partner with centers of expertise (COEs), including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, DEI&B, and Internal/External Communications on the design of global talent management processes and strategies; ensure strategic human capital initiatives are aligned, scalable, feasible and relevant for the business
- Actively work with leadership and management to set high expectations and manage those expectations
Your Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Director or above
- Global experience leading HR teams and creating a positive reputation for strategic and effective HR work across all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated strong coaching and change management skills
- Proven ability to operate strategically using creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent facilitation, writing, speaking, and grammar skills
- Passion for details and 100% data accuracy
- Bachelor's degree, with specialty in HR or related/equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Skills
- Technology, software, and SaaS industry experience
- Both public and private company experience
- MBA
