Job Description
Your mission will be to make Data the cornerstone of every decision made at EFG. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategy, lead the build of world-class intelligence products, and shape the data analytics team and culture at a global, data-driven company that creates worlds beyond gameplay and brings communities together.

Requirements
Descriptive Analytics
- You know what Data Modeling is, why it's important and have used it in the past as an enabler for your BI products and speed of execution.
- You have hands-on built, and have led, end-to-end creations of Insights products. You have experience with different BI tools at large scale, and have built enabling reporting suites that are world-class in every aspect.
- You have a proven philosphoy about the Visual Language and the critical role of storytelling through dashboards. You're not about just placing metrics on a webpage.
- You have a track record of Business Engagement & enablement achievements. You're in the habit of tracking usage of your stakehodlers and driving it up. Quant and Qual.
- You have been in multiple Company-wide data efforts, have experience with many different business domains' needs. And know the value of connecting the dots across those.
- Diagnostic Analytics
- You're a subject matter expert in providing perspective to the awesome descriptive offering you create. You're versed in internal and macro context and know how to bring that to a "So what does this mean?" bottom line.
- Stakeholder management
- You have repeatedly provided Service rooted in care for your customers with high marks of satisfaction.
- Your Consultancy & Partnership building mathodologies have been built on lessons learned. You have different tools in your belt for the different types of partners. You have a track record of creating strong bonds.
- You can quote business impact directly attributed to your enablement efforts, showing the highest level of validity to your programs: tangible business value.
- Tools
- You know your way around the different products your teams' will be producing, from BI dashboards, through custom operations solutions, all the way to the good old excel sheet. You know when to use the right tool for the job.
- You see the bigger picture of the ecosystem you're building, experienced in Data Catalogs, Data Quality, Monitoring/Observability tools, etc.
- You like to have a good time while getting things done. When we say a "team player" we mean it - you have a crisp high-five and funny stories to tell. You have your team's back, and the team has yours.
- You love learning new things: You know that there's always more to learn. You're up-to-date on new trends in data - you know who's using what to solve various problems and are excited for the next release of your favorite tool.
- Past experience in the Esports/Gaming/Betting/Events industry would be a great asset.
