Position Summary
At Hex Trust, we’re building trust In the digital asset ecosystem and we’d like you to help us deliver that message to our prospective clients and partners around the world. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional within digital assets and financial services, who would be predominantly responsible for new client acquisitions and revenue generation.Â
We’re a small, and high growth FinTech company, providing a wide range of prime brokerage services, including custody and trading. We are looking for energetic individuals with in-depth industry knowledge, confidence, and persistence, to work independently, build relationships, and help broaden our client and partner base and take our business to the next level!Â
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client acquisitions and revenue generation across our custody and global markets products, such as full custody, staking, trading, and financing solutions
- Lead and own all elements of the sales life cycles: initial scoping, pipeline management, pitching, contract negotiations, and close sales successfully
- Become a subject matter expert in the digital asset ecosystem and assigned productsÂ
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Client Management, Onboarding, Compliance and Product to continuously improve and exceed revenue targetsÂ
- Keep track of key developments in the digital asset ecosystem and proactively identify new revenue opportunities
- 5-10 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience working with institutional clients from both traditional financial services and digital assets startups
- Experience with prime brokerage products, such as custody and trading
- Understand the requirements to successfully operate within a regulated financial institution
- Ability to negotiate and create strong relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 institutions
- Ability to operate and excel in a fast-paced and often ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in written and verbal English language required, with additional local language skill an advantage (Mandarin preferred)Â
- Cultural alignment with the team, e.g. no prima donnas
