We're hiring a VP, International Sales

About this position

The VP, International Sales should represent an excellent blend of sales, customer service, negotiation skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills. You will be focused on developing a robust recruitment strategy in partnership with our Ambassadors. In addition, you will partner with the Sr. Director of Training to implement and integrate our duplicable training systems and processes into all international markets. The VP, International Sales will be measured by growth in the KPIs and the relationships with Ambassadors.

What you'll do

  • You develop and drive strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth plans for all international markets. Growth plans to include overall sales, recruiting strategy, rank advancements, and retention
  • You collaborate with the CSO and GMs to develop the International Strategic Sales Plan accompanied by KPIs and detailed budgets to achieve the company sales goal.
  • You partner with the COO, CMO, and GM to develop a product roadmap to achieve desired sales goal's
  • You create and lead a GM monthly corporate call to review ongoing projects, strengths, and opportunities.
  • You Manage international sales projects, specifically monitoring budgets and timelines to ensure we meet them.
  • You work with Marketing and Operations to identify potential issues and roadblocks and drive corrective actions.
  • You monitor ongoing International Sales activities and communicate regularly with the Executive Team regarding daily/weekly/monthly International performance, highlighting critical issues.
  • You direct the Data Analytics team and develop specific reports, dashboards, and measurements for all international markets, focusing on new leaders and growth areas.
  • You achieve desired sales goals oversee and adjust daily international sales activities, including programs and promotions.
  • Your activities in this role include executing the company's training philosophy and integrating it into international markets by creating and overseeing the facilitation of opportunity meetings, both in-person and virtual, 90-day goal setting and planning sessions with our Ambassadors, compensation plan training, small group training to drive rank advancements, assist in the virtual Super Saturdays in each market, as well as in-person Super Saturdays and other field events.
  • You determine direction and strategy with Marketing to drive and develop market-specific product training videos and informational tools.
  • You create and lead the development of Ambassador reports to support increased sales & retention within each organization.
  • You attend the Annual Convention and other company events as assigned. Create, lead, and participate in various projects as assigned.

You should have

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. A master's is preferred.
  • You have ten years of Network Marketing industry experience and at least five years of working with International markets.
  • You are a confident, enthusiastic, articulate, and persuasive sales leader with demonstrated experience in hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • You have proven expertise as an innovative thought leader with a clear vision to drive business strategy and complete complex projects.
  • You're a mentor and coach that holds your team accountable for delivering results.
  • You have advanced knowledge of data and can build complex models that provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • You have done your best work collaborating in a team with fresh and innovative ideas that come to the table with solutions to move the business forward
  • You're a clear and concise communicator who can deliver digestible information at all levels of the organization and explain the Why.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
