About the team
At Aspire we are on a mission to establish ourselves as the unrivaled #1 Finance Operating System for businesses in APAC. Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey playing a pivotal role in building our brand acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team looks at crafting and executing marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience and also to scale the acquisition of new businesses by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.
About the role :
You will report to the President running the commercial organisation. You will work closely with Commercial Leaders for developing Marketing strategies in line with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the APAC marketing strategy and plan in line with company objectives in a context of global expansion.

Designing planning and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

Managing and growing a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and driving effective coordination with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
-
Deliver acquisition marketing plans that optimize for sales and exceed projections.

Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product

Creating content strategies based on business objectives category focus and audience segment through all channels (online/offline/social)

Collaborate with senior management to introduce new marketing concepts; be an active and engaged member of the executive leadership team.

Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital press etc.)

Managing the marketing budget
Minimum qualifications
-
Proven experience (+10 years) in strategic marketing leadership roles within the B2B Fintech and/or SaaS industry.

Experience managing and mentoring a cross regional marketing team (+10 people)
-
Direct experience in Performance Marketing SEO Engagement andΒ Acquisition strategies .

Exceptional track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently driven revenue growth.
Preferred qualifications

Masterβs degree in marketing business administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaigns

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience in Fintech and/or Payments
