Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt's Vice President of National Accounts, you will be responsible for managing Nutrabolt’s beverage portfolio across National Account Chains (FDMC), including directly managing & providing support to both Small and Large Format Account Leads. You will work closely with (and report to) our Sr. Vice President of Key Accounts to manage/grow our current accounts in addition to new business development. 

What You're Good At:

  • Delivering volume (AOP) and market share growth, in addition to meeting/exceeding other KPI targets (ACV, Strike Zone, Trade/Promo efficiency)
  • Cultivating and managing buyer (and above) relationships 
  • Coaching and developing direct report(s) to achieve targets, while being a strong peer leader (Key Accounts Team) and collaborating cross-functionally (Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Demand Planning)
  • Managing financial budget for promotional schedules across all pertinent channels of business
  • Evaluating spend at each account prior to bringing on business to ensure ROI
  • Building custom sales pitch decks for channel & customer-relevant  Nutrabolt products and present on chain calls at customer HQs all over the US to gain new business
  • Setting and attending meetings as new business opportunities present themselves
  • Managing & reporting monthly promotional schedules for each customer
  • Managing P&L for slotting & other business-related fees
  • Being responsible for M&E of individual customer business through IRI and internal sales data
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Performance to revenue targets
    • Adherence to assigned budgets

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 10+ years of experience calling on NA chains, managing emerging/growth brands and leading teams in the beverage industry
  • Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skills
  • Has strong knowledge of NA chain contacts and, ideally, will have Distributor Management (DSD) knowledge, experience, and contacts
  • Experience with Walmart, Target, Costco, etc. is a plus
  • Strong and engaging presentation skills
  • Ability to move fast and drive results
