Garner is looking for an experienced leader to own our external marketing and branding efforts. This role is responsible for all aspects of marketing: strategic direction, creative development and operational execution. This person will serve as both strategist and creative problem solver, responsible for building comprehensive campaigns and marketing programs that attract and engage new customers, sharing Garner’s story effectively, and dictating our communication strategy. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to drive Garner’s presence in the marketplace and will report to the SVP of Revenue.
This position is fully remote.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan across all platforms, including the expansion of our B2B customer base, supporting B2B sales, driving B2B awareness, and fully owning our client-facing voice
- Create and deliver original content to drive net new customer interest through a strong demand generation strategy.
- Own the company web and social media presence for B2B clients; Ensure content, design and functionality drives lead generation for the organization
- Develop tools, collateral, and presentations to empower the business to scale in collaboration with the Sales team
- Recruit, hire and develop a team of top marketing talent
- Manage, track, and report on marketing campaign performance, while using data and analytics to continually improve demand outcomes and evaluate campaign ROI
About you:
- 10+ years experience in a performance marketing and content generation with focus on B2B sales, with 2+ years experience in the areas of employer benefits and/or health insurance
- Demonstrated ability to ideate, produce, manage, and measure ROI of large-scale marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing a team that oversees all aspects of B2B performance marketing including: email and other creative content, website, paid media, and events
- Experience managing public relations for major client partnerships and/or fundraising activities
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and a desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system
The base salary range for this position is: $180,000 - $210,000. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
