Our team is thrilled to welcome an experienced and knowledgeable VP of Client Growth to lead our account growth efforts. This position will report directly to InfoTrust’s co-founder (and Chief Growth Officer).Â

Role Summary
The new InfoTrust VP of Client Growth will develop and spearhead the Account Executive strategy and be responsible for driving growth across all InfoTrust client accounts. You will lead and grow a team of Account Executives who each have a book of assigned clients. In addition to leading this team from a managerial standpoint, this role is expected to implement process improvements that result in optimized operational systems.Â
InfoTrust is proud to maintain a high client retention rate, and the VP of Client Growth will support our Delivery and Client Success teams in nurturing existing relationships with an emphasis on driving significant incremental revenue growth.
In this position, a successful candidate will harness their genuine high energy, enthusiasm, and passion to achieve sustainable growth.
Responsibilities and expectations will include:
- Build and lead a strategy for the Account Executive team that defines and delivers success for InfoTrust.
- Significantly increase sales and recurring revenue across the majority of InfoTrust accounts.Â
- Partner with senior leadership, client delivery, and other internal functions to establish client growth goals and deliver upon them.Â
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.
- Leverage a data-driven approach to execute upon KPI and metrics goals while holding the team accountable for success or failure.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting for account growth.
- Partner with our customer success team to drive best-in-class customer success in the client growth journey
- Continuously partner with the delivery team to align sales forecasts with delivery capacity on opportunities that lead to high profitability and align with our resource allocation
- Ensure high data quality within Salesforce to provide transparency and regularly report on performance results.
- Coach, develop, and mentor the team to increase their account growth output and encourage accountability with regards to processes and procedures.
- Forecast hiring needs and partner with recruiting to develop a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates for the Account Executive team
Background and experience that may set you up for success in the role:Â
- Expertise in selling professional services to enterprise clients.
- A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape; experience selling analytics solutions preferred.
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing Account Executive talent and growing a team.
- Experience building systems, processes, and benchmarks for an Account Executive team to be successful.
- Experience in using Salesforce to measure bookings, activity, and building playbooks for new Account Executives to be successful.Â
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise client teams and take on a value-add approach to client relationships.Â
- Proven track record conquering sales quotas with a growth team.
- A desire to be hands-on with clients as you grow the team
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in a similar role that produced results: Growth with clients, growth of individual contributors, and growth of systems.

Logistics:
We are open to remote for the VP of Client Growth within a city that is conducive to travel to Cincinnati, Ohio. Travel to the office is predicted to be once or twice a month for key meetings. Travel to client locations as needed will be required, as well.
