VP of DEI & People Experience
Job Description

Based in our Global HQ in NYC, reporting to the Chief HR Officer, and partnering closely with our Senior Leadership and HR Leadership, this role has a global focus with the opportunity to have a huge impact in a fast growing technology company. The role:
- Develop, execute, and manage a people experience strategy that is robust and sustainable as our company scales
- Cultivate and promote a workplace grounded in our values and behaviors, by building programs and crafting experiences that will make employees feel valuedÂ
- Serve as one of the key ambassadors of our culture and lead the charge on strengthening and embedding our values across the employee lifecycle
- In partnership with Total Rewards, develop recognition programs and create a strategy to drive the right behaviors, celebrate our best and our brightest, and enhance engagement
- Lead the company’s engagement survey, activate participation, proactively analyze data and trends, and develop and share the story to drive action
- Facilitate the ongoing action planning process; monitor and track all action plans and report progress to success metrics
- Evolve, refine, and own DV’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy in partnership with the DEI Council and Senior Leadership.
- Help us truly embed and live our values across our global network.
- Manage employee experience in our physical office spaces.
- Focus on employee engagement through key drivers, metrics, and action planning involved a wide group of global stakeholders.
- Identify the metrics and processes that will help us measure progress and accountability related to DEI and engagement.
- Expand the breadth and impact of our DEI initiatives and programming globally.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Business leaders to build an employer brand that resonates with diverse candidates and is customized to local contexts.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to define and launch DEI-focused learning experiences throughout the organization
- Partner with executives/leadership and People Partners to design and report on function-specific engagement and DEI action plans based on quantitative & qualitative data
- Partner with our DEI Council and employee resource groups to ensure we are amplifying and advocating for underrepresented voices

Minimum skills and experience:
- 15+ years of demonstrated experience successfully building and leading culture, inclusion, and employee experience strategy and translating it into impactful initiatives and outcomes (global scope preferred).Â
- Demonstrated success in using data/insights to develop and evolve strategies and programs
- Ability to influence and drive action at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience reimagining and enhancing employee experience in light of modern trends and socio-cultural forces.
- Strong understanding of industry benchmarks, leading practices and innovations in DEI, as well as the strengths and drawbacks of what has been tried to date
- Success in coaching organizational leaders at the executive level.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experienceÂ
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $188,000 to $275,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.Â
