VP of Engineering

As VP of Engineering, you will define and execute the technical vision, aligning engineering strategy with ambitious business objectives. • Define and execute the overall engineering strategy, roadmap, and technical vision aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage global engineering teams, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Drive system architecture and technical design decisions to support large-scale, high-traffic platforms.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software development methodologies.
• Act as a technical mentor and leader, remaining hands-on when needed to solve complex challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
• Build and scale engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Strong background in building and scaling SaaS platforms, ideally in a B2B2C context.
• Solid technical expertise with the ability to remain hands-on and guide architectural decisions.
• Experience managing distributed teams and scaling engineering organizations internationally.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on leveraging technology as a driver of business growth.
• Experience with modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
