What’s Cool About This Job

This is the first FP&A role in a high growth company. The hire gets an opportunity to be in a unique position of setting and growing the global FP&A team. The role also gets an opportunity to directly interact with company investors as well as cross functional executive staff.

Responsibilities include: 

• Global finance head reporting to the CFO.
• Complete FP&A function
• Comp plans, bonus plans, and working with the Sales Ops team
• Prepare Board presentations as well as monthly flash reports for the board and executive team.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong background in Accounting and FP&A.
• International experience is a must. Public company experience is a great plus.
• Must have a strong SaaS background and understand SaaS metrics
• Well versed with SFDC, Netsuite, Commission tools (Xactly would be great), Budgeting tools (Adaptive Insight would be great). 
• Having worked with Big4 directly on company audits
• Must have independently handled the corporate budgeting process/AOP.
• Must have experience with due diligence for funding and M&A.
• Experience in managing CAP tables, 409 A valuations, etc.
• Advanced excel and PPT skills needed.
• Local to the Campbell, CA area
