Job Description
As the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of data-driven customer acquisition strategies, manage large-scale paid search and social campaigns, and maintain full budget accountability across various paid digital media channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more. You are a seasoned growth marketing leader with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness in a rapidly scaling organization.
Your primary focus will be to lead a high-performing team in the development and execution of cross-channel experiments, leveraging audience targeting, creative testing, and keyword expansion to drive conversions and build brand awareness for our rapidly growing company.

- Consistently achieve or surpass company targets for customer acquisition, cost per acquisition, and ROI.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, continuous experimentation, and optimization across the marketing organization.
- Drive significant improvements in site conversion rates and customer lifetime value through customer journey mapping, personalization, and segmentation.
The ideal candidate for this role
- Has a proven track record of success in leading growth marketing initiatives at the executive level.
- Possesses deep expertise in paid digital media, specifically Google Ads and paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, and spreadsheets.
- Has experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
- Displays a passion for using data insights to drive action and inform growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across paid search and paid social channels, including planning, budgeting, daily execution, and optimization.
- Oversee and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, ensuring the continuous development of team members and fostering a culture of data-driven decision making, experimentation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, sales, and customer success to develop and implement growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Use data-driven insights to drive channel experimentation and aggressively improve performance across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure the company's growth strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans and company-wide growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure optimal performance and collaboration. aimed at accelerating growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, preferably at the executive level.
- Proven success in leading and scaling growth marketing initiatives in a high-growth organization.
- Expertise in paid search and paid social management with a broad understanding of iterative marketing and direct response ad strategies.
- Google Adwords Certification
- Facebook Blueprint Certification
- Expertise managing campaigns through native ad techs (Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Catalog Manager)
- Experience reporting through native platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Reporting) and third-party reporting tools (Tableau, Supermetrics)
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or a related field
- Extremely detail-oriented with laser focus on project management skills
- Resilient, ambitious, overachiever, flexible, humble, kind, and shows initiative
- Team player with strong communication & organization skills and a can-do attitude
- Can work independently and is a strong problem solver
Bonus Points
- Previous experience working in a D2C or retail company
- Experience with affiliate and display marketing
- Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, SEM Rush and Yoast

Remote / In-Office requirements:
This position can be partial or fully remote; however some mandatory meetings and events will need to be scheduled in person at our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI as directed by your supervisor.
Due to this role's remote nature, we cannot provide visa sponsorship. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
This role requires night/weekend adjustments and therefore doesn't have set "business hours" However most operations, meetings, and work is expected to be done during business hours M-F central standard time.
