As a VP of IT at Coveo, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology, ensuring they align with and accelerate our business objectives. In this role, you will embrace important responsibilities and will be expected to: 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team that cares about the customer and maintains excellent collaboration with all departments. IT needs to be the embodiment of great customer service and cross functional collaboration as they serve all of Coveo’s employees.
• Drive the development and execution of a forward-thinking IT strategy that supports Coveo's business goals, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and scalability. Prioritize and advocate for the adoption of technologies and practices that can drive business value.
• Actively contribute to and lead the execution of Coveo's corporate security strategy, ensuring robust protection against emerging threats and alignment with industry best practices.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement within the IT department. Implement structured processes and standards to enhance system reliability, data security, and user satisfaction.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and drive efficiency across all IT operations without compromising on quality or security. Regularly review and optimize IT spending and resource allocation.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior IT management role, preferably in a technology or software company, with a proven track record of developing and executing IT strategies that support business growth and innovation.
• Extensive experience in managing the execution of corporate IT security strategies, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve customer service excellence and to ensure a seamless collaboration across the organization.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Must be adept at prioritization and resource allocation in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural ability to adapt and shift gears in a rapidly changing environment and a good sense of when structure is needed and how to setup the right processes 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and drive operational efficiency, with a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities.
