As the Vice President of Marketing you'll report to the Chief Revenue Officer. You'll be responsible for all top of funnel lead generation driving revenue growth while staying within the efficiency constraints of our ROI driven model. You'll generate buying-ready inbound leads for our high-velocity inside sales team, primarily through a portfolio of paid media channels. You'll also be responsible for translating our revenue growth goals into marketing goals and leading your team to execute against them.

The best candidates will be excited about a high-growth environment that holds itself to tight standards of efficiency and has a decade-long track record of doing so successfully. You'll have experience with a similar playbook of high volume inbound lead generation, marketing a $5k-50k ACV product, and positioning a horizontal solution with broad appeal across industries.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Own a commitment to source company revenue growth by generating buying-ready inbound leads for the sales team.
  • Convert hundreds of product demos per month while staying within the limits of an acceptable CAC Payback Ratio.
  • Build models that lay out a path and hold the team accountable to aggressive growth goals and cash flow goals.
  • Translate revenue goals into team goals and individual goals, then engage in project prioritization with your team.
  • Strategize with the senior leadership team on company-level initiatives.
  • Oversee the optimization of a large paid media budget, through tight attribution and budget allocation systems.
  • Oversee the generation of new opportunities for paid lead investments through channel expansion and channel strategy expansion.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing, the nurture and conversion of a high volume of leads.
  • Manage an existing team of 4 marketing professionals, setting strategy, and developing. Build on the existing team to support growth targets, team structure and hiring.
  • Collaborate closely with sales on lead quality/quantity as well as sales enablement to ensure we're hitting our shared revenue goal.
  • Oversee brand building, product positioning, and lead/demand generation - with a primary focus on lead/demand generation.
  • Oversee new product releases and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee and expand on high-volume account-based-marketing
  • Source, negotiate and manage relationships with lead generation partners in HR Software.

What You'll Bring

  • 8-12 Years of relevant experience
  • Experience collaborating with a high-velocity inside sales team
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience marketing a $5k-50k ACV solution with a broad horizontal market
  • Experience holding a "commit" to revenue and efficiency goals
  • Experience with conversion-focused paid-media, especially paid-social in environments where attribution and return on ad spend was closely monitored
  • Experience at a high-growth team with successful track record of collaborating with C-level leadership
  • Experience scaling in a business between $20-$100M in ARR
