About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with proven success partnering closely with sales to grow existing channels and establish new markets in order to exceed revenue targets. This role is responsible for our marketing strategy (B2B and B2C) including market solutions, demand generation and multi-channel marketing initiatives that translate into increased market share.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, support and grow our enterprise marketing team while collaborating across the organization to establish workflows and processes that scale
- Lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy and go-to market efforts across all target segments
- Organize and grow our team, guide them with a cohesive growth plan, and use a data informed mindset to help them drive results.
- Help the company engage with a broader audience/targets and leverage the user base to accelerate revenue growth..
- Partner with the SVP of Growth to drive qualified prospective customers to the funnel and engage them with the right messaging. One of your team’s success measures will be driving leads that engage with Sales.
- Manage and develop our brand guidelines.
- Continuously measure and communicate success of B2B/B2C marketing approaches and programs
You Should Have:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B marketing; 5+ years leading a team
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate ecosystem, Single Family Rental segment preferred, decision-makers and competitive landscape preferred
- Proven success scaling a marketing team in a high-growth environment
- Deep experience designing and implementing marketing strategies and demand generation programs that have consistently contributed to meeting/exceeding revenue targets, including experience with ABM, CRM, list acquisition, marketing automation, and events
- Experience leading new business initiatives cross-functionally, and presenting and selling ideas to varied audiences
- Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence, within and outside areas of control
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
