We are looking for an experienced VP of Operations to lead and coordinate our service and support operations teams and help take us to the next level.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL 🤹

• Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
• Track and move key metrics including responsiveness, operational costs, overhead costs, and customer satisfaction 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure and coordinate deliberate approaches to complex projects
• Translate the “voice of our members” to drive product roadmaps and innovation across our lines of business
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems
• Provide vision, leadership, and guidance to direct reports; coach and mentor to ensure an energized, motivating work environment and desired business outcomes are achieved.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• You have 7+ years of experience in the field with deep management experience and are a passionate coach and mentor for your team
• You are a strong advocate for a best in class customer journey and understand how to develop and implement strategies and goals in order to ensure our clients are heard and represented 
• You are detail oriented, a quick problem solver and thrive in fast paced,changing environments 
• You have a demonstrated ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive positive change
• You are a collaborative leader who develops excellent working relationships and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders
