VP of Operations

About the Role:

Passionate about company culture, this leader has experience leading a high growth consumer facing operations function. This person is a strong leader who is able to bring our team together to deliver exceptional experiences for our owners. This person is process and logistics driven with experience managing a luxury real estate portfolio, complex supply chain, or hospitality organization.

The VP of Operations will provide leadership and direction to the overall business and drive value and cash flow through operational excellence. They will help perpetuate a strong culture where employees are empowered to be innovative, collaborative, creative, and transparent.

A successful candidate will have secured and executed technology ventures and multiple partnerships in the life cycle of Home Operations, and understands the unique opportunities regionally and internationally. The VP of Operations will bring a hands-on approach to operations management while empowering their teams within Procurement, Onboarding, Home Management and Maintenance. They will spend a significant portion of time gaining employee, customer, and community insights to guide growth strategies, service standards, and optimizing a tech platform. Uncovering opportunities and effective KPIs across all levels of the organization are essential. The successful candidate will prioritize a customer-centric approach and champion customer initiatives throughout the company, focusing on and prioritizing our owners. 

About you

• You have 15+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, property management, single family rentals or multifamily with proven leadership experience in the domain
• You are comfortable engaging with digital tools, delivering new business models, and using technology as an enabler to drive innovation and leading industry performance
• You concentrate on creating an action-oriented culture to drive top line growth, margin expansion, and optimizing resources to improve the customer experience
• You have experience scaling a business in multiple markets/ internationally, while concentrating on profitability
• You are entrepreneurial and team-oriented, embodying a passionate and focused style to inspire a high level of business performance through a culture of collaboration and inclusion
• Have the ability to execute on a white glove, luxury operations experience for our customers, with a  track record and capability of consistently delivering excellent operating results
• You are an agile, disruptive innovator with a forward-thinking approach to solving problems
