VP of Product

Office Headquarters: Lower Manhattan, NY (in-office three days a week)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Product to join our exciting team at Accrete AI. As the VP of Product, you will work alongside our Chief Product Officer to develop and execute the product strategy, define product roadmaps, and oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. This is a highly cross-functional role, and you will be a key leader in the company, working closely with the executive team, engineering, AI research, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers in both commercial and government spaces.

This position will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Chief Product Officer to execute the company's product strategy, incorporating AI technology in innovative and effective ways. You will help define the product vision, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
• Work closely with the executive team to ensure the product portfolio aligns with the company's overall strategy and vision.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team, providing coaching and mentorship to support their professional growth.
• Oversee the development process individual PMs are leading ensuring the process is following best practices and products are built to the highest standards.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful product launches.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product Marketing on market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with our Director of Commercial Research on competitive analysis to identify our greatest avenues for differentiation, pricing strategies, and unique value drivers for customers.
• Represent the company and product portfolio to external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working for a fast-growing startup or a large enterprise with a strong track record of launching successful AI products is highly valued.
• Experience in developing strategic technical architecture. A deep understanding of AI technologies and familiarity with relevant programming languages is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in working with public sector clients
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, collaborate with, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Experience building and leading high-performing product teams, with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with SaaS products.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this position is: $200,000 - $220,000
