VP of Product & Engineering

Position Overview: 

• We’re seeking a dedicated VP of Product & Engineering to lead our product and engineering teams to oversee and ensure successful execution of key projects

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and mentor product managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products and solutions
• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure product success
• Oversee the engineering process, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of our tech stack

About you: 

• 10+ years of experience in product management or engineering leadership roles
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology and a desire to drive continuous improvement and innovation
