VP of Product Management, Demand (Remote)

We're looking for a strategic and senior product leader to join as our VP of Product, Demand, responsible for the marketplace customer experience at ezCater. The ezCater marketplace successfully handles orders for 100k+ caterers while maintaining a user satisfaction rating of 4.9 on trust pilot. Not too shabby, but at ezCater we're always trying to aim higher. We're on a mission to become the easiest and most efficient option for customers to order Food for Work. Period. Help us take the customer experience on the ezCater marketplace to an even higher level. You'll build and lead a team of talented Product leaders and PMs, and work closely with leaders across both our Product and Technology organization as well as across the company to evolve our core product for our customers, with both near term and long term strategic impacts to the business.

What You'll Do:

• Build and lead a team of talented Product leaders and Product Managers to innovate and take the ezCater marketplace customer experience to the next level
• Drive vision and strategy, and work with your team to develop and execute the roadmap for ezCater's e-commerce marketplace experience that generates real impact for our customers and for ezCater
• Build deep empathy for ezCater customers and become their biggest champion
• Collaborate with peers and leaders across Design, Research, Engineering, Analytics, DS/ML and other Product teams in a fast-paced, agile-inspired environment
• Collaborate with peers and leaders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal and more to develop, align and execute our Product Strategy with partners across the business
• Create and monitor the ongoing metrics that measure and define success
• Have fun building a team that builds meaningful software with awesome people

What You Have:

• 15+ years of product management experience, including 8+ years leading leaders of high performing Product Managers, ideally in eCommerce, marketplace or B2B SaaS businesses
• Deep strategic ability, with a track record of making long term strategic decisions that result in meaningful positive impact to the company
• Empathetic team leadership, with experience managing Directors and building and developing high performing teams
• Strong analytical and qualitative data skills that give you the ability to separate the signal from the noise and inform data driven decisions
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you're happy spending much of the day away from your desk connecting with team members in different functional areas
• A proven track-record when it comes to senior stakeholder management; you feel confident partnering with passionate, demanding internal groups and effectively managing expectations
• A flexible mindset that is open to change and new information. You're first to understand when team behaviors and work methods need to adapt to new information
• Goal orientation and demonstrated record of success in previous endeavors. You're motivated to deliver exceptional results, driven by a strong work ethic
• A sharp mind, a soft heart and a large funny bone

The national cash compensation range for this role is $275,000 - $375,000*  per year.
