What You Will Do
As Product leader for Performance & Compensation, you will lead two critical product lines for Lattice – our flagship Performance Management product, and our quickly scaling Compensation Management product. These products are used by the overwhelming majority of all Lattice customers and are essential for every business across the globe. They make the complex and burdensome process of managing performance reviews, feedback, and compensation simple, equitable, and secure.
You will directly lead a team of incredible product managers and work closely with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer experience to build world-class products. Your portfolio will include products at all stages of maturity, from our existing core business to new 0-1 bets.
- Hire, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers.
- Define and articulate an overarching product vision and strategy to guide and inspire your teams
- Set and achieve ambitious goals for business impact and customer outcomes
- Create value for customers by deeply understanding their needs
- Partner with various functions across the whole company to bring products to life – engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, customer experience, and more
What You Will Bring to the Table
You are a seasoned product leader who has a combination of the following:
- 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of scaling complex software products across various stages of maturity
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Ability to combine business acumen, technical expertise, and customer understanding to build a durable product and business
- Inclusive approach to leadership with a track record of building and leading diverse teams

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $230,145 - $386,265. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
