We are expanding and we are looking for an entrepreneurial, curious and ambitious VP of Revenue to join our Commerce team.
This role will lead growth at Microblink and will be responsible for delivering a world-class selling experience to our prospects and customers. Successful candidates will be data driven and will have a track record of hitting revenue targets for themselves and their teams.Â
As the VP of Revenue, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
- Mentor and collaborate with Sr. Director of Client Success on the Commerce team
- Prospect and close deals with enterprise-level clients
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships
- Work cross-functionally with the Product organization to bring products to market and give provide roadmap feedback
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and recommend solutions to solve their problems
- Track and report on sales metrics to provide visibility into the health of the sales pipeline and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Revenue Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Monitor the market and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for growthÂ
- Oversee driving Customer Success outcomes; increase renewal rates and reduce churn; expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell; influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
- Represent Microblink at industry events and conferencesÂ
Experience we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 15+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of generating revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively.
- Experience selling technical software or related products/services.
- A Data Driven individual with strong analytical skills. Must have the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must have ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
