We are looking for a talented and experienced VP, Sales to directly represent Relatient and Radix products into provider groups and healthcare systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead a sales team of individual contributors on a national or regional level that are focused on selling Relatient solutions into medical practices and / or health systems.
  • Enable SF accuracy, forecasting rigor, deal management, deal velocity, and run a predictable sales team
  • Facilitate required meetings for prospective Relatient customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle in coordination with their respective sales team
  • Recruitment and development of prospective Relatient customers
  • Meet or exceed assigned target quota for each period as communicated in the Sales

    Compensation Plan
  • Marketing, lead-generation, trade show attendance, and travel as needed and directed by

    the CRO, VP of Sales and Business Development
  • Attendance at all required meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Continual education on regulatory requirements affecting healthcare (e.g. HIPAA)
  • Compliance with all policies, rules and lawful instructions, and at all times act in the best

    interests of Relatient and Radix Health

REQUIREMENTS

  • History of sales success in achieving / exceeding sales financial metrics.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7 or greater years' experience managing and leading sales teams or an equivalent in individual sales successes selling products or services into Health Systems or Provider Groups. (Patient engagement market segment preferred)
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Value based selling experience required (Miller Heiman training preferred)
  • Ability to demonstrate ROI through the use of technology
