Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s digital hiring software and services to healthcare organizations
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to educate prospective healthcare organizations about the benefits of Aya's digital hiring software and services
- Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
- Analyze competitor offerings in the digital hiring space and derive positioning to compete effectively
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional operational teams including recruitment, account management, and marketing to align product vision and execution strategy
- Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers for current clients as well as potential new accounts
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
- Generate leads through various channels including cross-selling, referrals, and co-marketing initiatives
- Establish and grow a supportive sales team structure for effective market penetration and service line growth
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of business development experience in digital solution sales is required
- Sales leadership experience is required
- Early-stage growth experience is preferred
- An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
- Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $150,000+ annually with bonus.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
