The Vice President of Solution Strategy leads the thought work and analysis on ways for Quantum Health to grow and solve more problems for more people. Evaluates ideas and opportunities to create value; protects solution portfolio integrity; and cultivates strategic partnerships to accelerate impact.

What you'll do

• Identify and evaluate ways in which Quantum Health can responsibly expand its impact and generate growth for the organization.
• Bring strong thought leadership.
• Apply and effectuate rigor in analysis - market, operational, financial, ROI.
• Perform gap assessments to inform decisioning.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships complimenting Quantum Health's efforts to create Navigation for All and improve the member journeys.
• Drive value by improving clinical outcomes, improving member/patient experience, reducing costs.
• Create focus for investments and ensure best practice discipline in evaluating ideas.
• Oversee the Idea collection funnel; Prioritization; Evaluation and Progression through stage gates.
• Collaborate with other Quantum leaders to develop ideas from conception to operational readiness.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree in business or healthcare industry related study (e.g. MBA, MHA, etc). is preferred.
• 10+ years' healthcare industry experience.
• Business Development experience, including deal making.
• Employer-sponsored healthcare experience.
• Market analysis experience with advanced financial modelling skills.
• Ability to connect dots and translate complex concepts into simpler ones.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Experience with Medicare, Product Management, Payer or Solution Provider and experience in matrixed organizations is a plus.
• Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
• Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
