VP of Strategy

THE ROLE

We are looking for a VP of Strategy to join our vibrant team and play a key role in supporting strategy development and driving inter-divisional initiatives. This candidate will report directly to the CEO and provide right-hand support. This role is ideal for anyone who loves solving complex, interdisciplinary open-ended problems in a highly collaborative team environment.

While having a strategy background is key, tactical acumen, implementation capabilities and EQ will be a must. Strong analytical thinking and methodical process-setting are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic and tactical planning for each division
• Interdepartmental project management
• Product/procurement strategy
• Internal reporting and analytics processes
• Omni channel expansion strategy

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 8-10 years of experience in strategy, internal operations or growth/expansion roles
• Must have led/project-managed teams
• Highly metrics-driven
• Early-stage startup experience, preferably in health/consumer technology is a plus

Salary Range: 

Base: $160-200K; In addition to a base salary this position is eligible for a bonus and equity

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in locations other than New York City.)
