Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead the vision of operations and provide the expertise to inform, refine, and ensure its success.

Vice President of Supply Chain’s areas of ownership

  • Inventory stocking strategy and projection, including cash flow and warehouse utilization
  • Logistics (inbound and outbound freight; and warehouse process management)
  • Purchasing processes and system improvements
  • Scoping and implementing supply chain and purchasing automations and technologies
  • Providing leadership to operations teams and Clickstop overall

Core responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Overseeing the management of supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Overseeing manufacturing operations while driving efficiency initiatives and ensuring quality control.
  • Managing logistics, including inbound and outbound carrier relationships
  • Implementing and optimizing inventory management strategy to accurately project warehousing needs and map out capacity planning.
  • Establishing and maintaining minimum/maximum ranges for inventory value on-hand, ensuring we never have too much or too little inventory.
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams as they move quickly to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Developing and implementing new technologies to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills demonstrated by:

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Proven leadership in supply chain, including strategic planning and execution, supplier management, purchasing, freight management, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Strong Technology skills with proven record of being automation minded.
