About the role: 

Pompa Program is seeking a highly experienced and motivated VP of Technology to lead our technology department. As the VP of Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of all technology initiatives and projects. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure that our technology systems and virtual infrastructure with our overall mission, goals, exponential team sizes, and customer volume.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the exponential growth of Pompa Program
• Lead the development and execution of technology projects, including software development, automation, database management, and network infrastructure
• Manage higher level technology professional who are overseeing developers, engineers, and other technology professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technology needs and opportunities
• Oversee the design and implementation of information security protocols and procedures
• Ensure that all technology initiatives comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare and wellness industry, and recommend changes and improvements as needed

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing technology strategies
• Strong knowledge of software development, database management, network infrastructure, and information security
• Experience managing remote teams and working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about the mission of Pompa Program and aligned with company values
• Experience running teams in cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and full stack development
