This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a strategic relationship builder with deep experience in healthcare systems and enterprise account management. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior health system leaders, guiding multi-year partnership strategies that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance at scale. You will lead complex, system-level engagements across large hospital networks, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value. The position requires strong executive presence, consultative thinking, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders in high-stakes environments. Operating in a remote-first, travel-heavy role, you will play a central role in expanding and strengthening strategic partnerships across healthcare systems nationwide. This is a highly visible position with direct impact on growth, retention, and performance outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across assigned health systems.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by delivering data-driven insights, market intelligence, and performance recommendations that shape system-level priorities.
  • Lead executive-level discussions focused on partnership strategy, growth opportunities, retention, and operational performance improvement.
  • Define and execute multi-year account strategies that drive retention, expansion, and new service line opportunities.
  • Identify, structure, and advance partnership solutions that improve financial performance and increase long-term value creation.
  • Act as the central coordinator across a matrixed organization, aligning clinical, operational, finance, and growth teams around account strategy.
  • Ensure consistent execution of contractual commitments and resolve performance issues to maintain strong partner satisfaction.
  • Partner with business development and internal stakeholders to support new opportunities within existing health system accounts.
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and financial dynamics into actionable strategic plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in healthcare account leadership, strategic partnerships, or enterprise-level client management.
    • Proven experience managing complex relationships with hospital systems or large healthcare organizations.
    • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
    • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and financial performance drivers.
    • Strong consultative selling, strategic advisory, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Experience working in matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
    • MBA or advanced degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from $190,000 to $220,000 USD, plus performance-based incentive compensation.
      • Fully remote, work-from-home role within the United States.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • Health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
      • Self-managed PTO plan with generous time off flexibility.
      • Ten paid company holidays annually.
      • Opportunity to work with a nationally recognized, mission-driven healthcare organization.
      • High-impact executive role with direct influence on system-level healthcare transformation.
      • Strong culture of collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth.
