VP, PBWM Risk Business Support

The role is part of the Transformation Execution and Business Support team, within Personal Banking and Wealth Management Risk (PBWM Risk) Organization. This team works closely across Retail Credit Risk leadership team to execute strategic priorities, ensure a high standard of operational governance and lead the agenda to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Lead BRC: responsible for managing Continuity of Business (COB) process of PBWM Risk Organization
• Ensure adherence of PBWM Risk Organization to the Citi's Policies such as mandatory absence policy and resolution planning
• Prepare meeting materials for PBWM Risk Senior leadership meetings, record minutes, and follow-up as needed
• Participates in preparing regular and time-sensitive analytics, visualizations and reports to the risk managers, senior management, and regulators, with close collaboration with risk managers in expertise
• Support Chief Operating Officer related activities of PBWM Risk organization such as preparation of weekly resource planning dashboard and maintenance of hiring
• Lead key initiatives as required and as determined necessary by Retail Credit Transformation Leader and COO
• Drive implementation of business-driven projects across PBWM Risk functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership
• Develops and maintains tracking metrics for management reporting and escalation
• Applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting issues with transparency

Qualifications:

• Experience with Continuity of Business policy and standards
• Strong interpersonal skills; highly organized; close attention to detail
• Strong work ethic; positive attitude and willingness / ability to pick up work quickly when and where needed
• Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite; basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Strong Data Analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent relevant business experience.
