VP People

As a VP People, you will be responsible of the People department (5 persons) of a 300 people company operating in 7 markets and 2 continents. Thus, as a member of the Executive Committee, you will have to work closely with the CEO and each country to create the best working environment for all employees.

Create the company people strategyCollaborate with all executives to ensure that people initiatives are integrated into overall business strategies and foster people’s developmentSupport our teams & managers to create bonds with the Executive Committee and to build the greatest journey for candidates, newbies & team members Manage the compensation & perks policy for everyone at Heetch

Team Management

Lead the People Team to deliver the company's key project, scalable processes and policies, people team’s budgetPromote collaboration and a sense of unity within a global work environment

Performance Management

Oversee the performance management strategies, ensuring they align with company goals and individual developmentImplement data-driven approaches for performance assessmentsCoach and advise team leaders on their people’s decisions

Talent Acquisition and Retention

Help the team find the best talented people ever (tech and non-tech) aligned with our values & cultureMake sure every manager is trained and can properly do its jobThink out of the box to propose individual trainings which will help Heetch to growRefine and improve our global compensation frameworks

People Growth

Lead the People Journey which might mean to:Set-up individual career paths for every employee with each manager's helpLead the Career Discussions for everyone to be able to grow within the organization

Culture and Engagement

Challenge the founders about Heetch culture and values, bring innovation to help scaling both of them across all countriesDevelop employer’s brand through strategic initiatives, events, and communication channels to maximize talent acquisition outreach and enhance our culture of transparency

About you:

Prior experience as a VP People or equivalent responsibilities with demonstrated track record for successfully scaling an organization is mandatory (start-up tech and international)

B2C / marketplace experience is a plus 

Capacity to attract the most talented people

Results-driven personality eager to partner with management team to organize, plan and achieve company goals

French and English are required
