What You’ll Do
The VP, People and Culture, is an HR Business Partner to several divisions including Entertainment, Digital, and some corporate functions. This role is strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s people strategy, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and developing talent to meet the company’s business goals. The VP will lead collaborating with senior leadership to implement best practices in human resources and organizational development.Â

- As the first point of contact for most employee queries, you will build effective relationships across the team and partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Partnering with the global People & Culture team, you’ll deliver talent programs such as performance management, compensation planning, learning and development, on/offboarding, and employee engagement.
- You’ll create and implement development of strategies to attract, develop, retain, and integrate talent to support the overall business strategy.
- Guide and advise managers in driving a performance-driven culture, coaching them on providing effective feedback and goals for their teams.
- Manage employee relations issues, applying sound judgment to resolve employee relations concerns while adhering to legal/regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
- Utilize human capital metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Partner with divisional leaders to manage human capital budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support people initiatives.

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or work equivalent. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
- Both strategic and hands-on in how you approach your role
- The successful candidate will be proactive and innovative to implementing employee programs that are competitive, drive business results, and enhance our culture.
- Exceptionally organized and proactive with demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
- Excellent communication, with ability to bring disparate perspectives together towards common goals.
- The ideal candidate is also passionate, creative, and intellectually curious.
Primary Location Salary Range:
$160,000 - $180,000 base
