What you will be doing

What your background should look like
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, prefer MBA.
Normally requires a minimum of ten (10)+ years of product strategy and management experience in consumer and/or SaaS products and platforms. 10 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably working with health plans, large employers, provider systems, or digital health companies.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Leverages deep healthcare industry expertise, communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functionally to develop business cases, get internal and external buy-in, and orchestrate execution with customers and partners.
Able to thrive in a demanding, rapidly changing, highly cross-functional work environment.
Location based: Open.

- Oversees the development of a portfolio of products and services which enable and service customers spanning multiple customer groups across AB through a target run rate of $8M in OI.
- Oversee a group of Product Managers which will be responsible for developing products and solutions from inception through scale
- Responsible for working with the International division in order to localize products and solutions to ensure all AB products can support our global client base.
