Target Range:

$170,000/Yr - $180,000/Yr

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 20%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 20%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The VP, Portfolio Manager supports the credit teams and commercial relationship managers in the divisions assigned by providing a risk management and objective focus to new and portfolio commercial loan relationships. 

Responsibilities:

• Recommend changes in structure (amendments/waivers) or account management strategy to address negative trends
• Manage and monitor loan products including affirmative and negative financial covenant compliance and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ongoing monitoring of financial trends, collateral trends and liquidity
• Recommend appropriate courses of action to address issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience working in a financial intuition
• 5+ years in a transactional role
