Job Description
As a VP, Practice Leader you will partner with the core sales team to bring your relationship to the table. Collaborating with agencies directly to build stronger, more exclusive partnerships by evangelizing the InMarket product suite: Media, Measurement, Programmatic Audiences and Insights.
Duties
Collaborate with sales leadership to package the InMarket platform across all product types/channels
Opening doors at agencies with mid-high level partners to create more MSAs, rate cards, garner attribution exclusivity, etc
Currently hold and continue development of key relationships across top agencies.
Interest and ability to speak at events and evangelize InMarket as a thought leader
Requirements
15+ years in agency relationship roles (can include ad tech roles)
Held at least one position in digital/ad tech sales
Strong understanding of digital sales strategy and current competitive environment
Leadership experience work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product
Interest and ability to speak at events and evangelize InMarket as a thought leader
Team player, concise, values-driven approach in internal and external communications

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $200,000 to $275,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
