About Us:
Reaktr.ai is a forward-thinking technology services company specializing in new-age cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network services, and AI & Data Science. As we strengthen our presence in Europe, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Presales and Solution Head to support our sales efforts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales Leadership: Lead the presales function, collaborating closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop compelling solution proposals.
Solution Architecture: Drive the development of customized and innovative solutions, leveraging our cloud, cybersecurity, network, AI & Data Science offerings to meet client requirements.
Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical expertise to the sales team and clients, articulating the value proposition of our solutions and addressing technical queries.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales, product development, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between pre-sales efforts and overall business
objectives.
Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients during presales activities, understanding their challenges, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor solutions, and market demands to enhance the effectiveness of pre-sales strategies.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and improve their ability to articulate value to clients.
Qualifications:
6-10 years proven experience in a presales or solution architecture leadership role.
Strong technical background in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network services, and AI & Data Science.
Demonstrated success in supporting sales efforts and contributing to business growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field (Master's or equivalent is a plus).
