The Role:


We are looking for a VP, Premium Services to join our Artist Services team. The Vice President of Premium Services will oversee the creation, implementation and execution of strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience and optimize profitability for programs and products within AXS Premium Services, including APEX Pro licenses, dynamic pricing via APEX Pro, AXS Premium tickets, VIP package tickets and AXS Waitlist.


What you'll do

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, optimize profitability and enhance customer experience for our premium ticketing services.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of sales and service professionals.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to drive new business and retain existing customers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the successful integration and execution of premium ticketing services across the organization.
  • Develop and manage revenue forecasts.

What you'll bring:


  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred)
  • 10+ ticket pricing strategy, sales, financial analysis, ticketing or relevant experience.
  • 5+Experience in managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the premium ticketing market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform business strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage revenue forecasts
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Self-starter, with a bias toward action.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and basic web-based protocols and communication tools.
  • Positive with a “can do” attitude.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a high achieving, “start-up” environment.
  • A commitment to delivering the best.


Pay Scale: $159,289-$251,132
