VP Product

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic, results-driven product roadmap for an industry-leading product.
• Motivate and lead a high-performing product team using agile software development processes and practices.
• Work cross-functionality to ensure product strategy is integrated into the business, and that diverse stakeholders are meaningfully represented in product development.
• Develop and execute a plan to drive customer value and boost operational efficiency using cutting-edge tools, such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. 
• Be available to collaborate in person at the NYC HQ two to three days per week.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

• Experience working in a start-up environment, proving flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous high-performance product organization leadership. 
• An ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
• A proven track record of developing a product life-cycle to develop market-leading products.
• Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• The ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights.
• A highly proactive, self-starter attitude to effectively manage several projects.
• A desire to jump in and be a team player, as needed, in order to get projects done.
• Superior communication skills at all levels of the company.
• Experience within the real estate and/or building operations industries is a plus.

Education

• Degree in relevant field (preferred)
