Role Summary/Purpose:

This multi-dimensional role will lead integration of new payments and application capabilities, marketplace enhancements and a unified servicing approach into enterprise systems and processes. As a critical member of the Product organization, the VP, channel and product Integration, will work with several teams to create the right strategy and roadmap for providing an evolving integrated channel experience to our customers. This person will be able to operate in a fast moving, agile environment, is a team player that collaborates well cross functionally and acts as an owner, proactively taking initiative.

This role will be well experienced with discovery, validation, design strategy, development and improvement phases of product and channel Lifecycle. As the subject matter expert, this role will leverage data to identify growth opportunities within the market while gaining alignment within the organization and among key stakeholders to deliver, innovative solutions and enhancements that ensure a seamless customer experience through effective resolution of customer needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy for integration of servicing and marketing on Web and App channel
  • Plan for channel roadmap and customer migration to balance user experience across servicing and marketing
  • Lead payments strategy on Marketplace, including segment specific eCommerce
  • Collaborate with Product Leaders to roadmap the integration required with digital properties, apps and other channels as informed by user experience journeys and the Accelerating Consumer engagement strategic investment
  • Lead a team of experts in product and channel management to see and optimize opportunities
  • Discover, design, develop detailed requirements for integration enablement, testing and implementation in partnership with UX/CX and Technology teams, across channels
  • Work horizontally across enterprise functions and programs to proactively identify, engage and align on integration requirements with Solution trains and relevant Agile teams. Attend PIs and other agile ceremonies to represent Products, provide requirements and drive enablement of integration features and user stories
  • Liaise with ACE strategic initiative workstreams to roadmap, plan and program manage key aspects of products and feature enablement and lead cross-functional engagements and meetings
  • Leverage strategic perspective to align product roadmap to the needs, trends in the industry and a rapidly changing competitive channel environment.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10+ years of marketing or product experience in the credit card or financial services industries
  • Minimum of 8 years marketing or product experience that includes:

    • A proven track record of launching new products or applications with demonstrated business impact
    • Ability to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master's degree (Business or applicable related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, building, executing and product expansion, specifically in the digital space
  • Strong strategic thinking coupled with the technical ability to develop and implement actionable and measurable plans to drive business results.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence diverse cross functional teams in a highly matrixed organization, including senior leadership
  • Consumer finance experience and related industry experience. Familiarity with and experience of developing new value proposition and/or new product

Grade/Level: 14

The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
