Responsibilities
- Lead world-class product managers and work closely with other partner stakeholders (marketing, merchandising, legal, finance) - providing guidance and direction to achieve the product vision for product launches
- Led development of the product roadmap for the portfolioÂ
- Work with customers, sales teams, and services teams to identify product use cases and drive key features, enhancements, and requirements
- Make feature, schedule, and cost trade-offs during product planning, feature implementation, and live operation and communicate in real-time to key stakeholders.
- Define metrics to ensure product success and drive corresponding requirements to deliver on monitoring and actionability of these metrics
- Partner tightly with the engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technology decisions.
- This role will work closely with the cross-functional business leads and Product team members to ensure that our web, mobile, and OTT products are exceeding overall performance plans
- Maintain the data strategy roadmap as it pertains to audience modeling, measurement, and insights
- You will own the Data Platform and Audience roadmap and drive this together with the data engineering team that establishes and executes the data identity across advertising products, including new features, product commercialization, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
- You will have an impact on the overall company strategy through regular communication and Product leadership
- Responsible for aligning Roadmap and Data products with evolving advertising ecosystem changes in data usage & privacy compliance (cookie/ID deprecation, CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
- Evaluate existing data and analytic platform capabilities and how to manage future data, identity, and analytics platform solutions
Keys to Success
- 10+ years experience managing teams of product managers.
- 10+ years of relevant product management and leadership experience.Â
- Experience as a Product Manager for a cloud-based/SaaS product
- Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues;
- Understanding of business needs, including how data is used and managed, and functional design;
- Analyze existing capabilities and identify priority gaps and opportunities;
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting and resource planning;
- Degree in Computer Science a plus, strong technical acumen required
- Self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment and energy who can galvanize the team to follow.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours.Â
This position is open to the following preferred office locations:
- San Francisco
Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home.Â
Salary:Â
The estimated salary range for this position is $287,570 to $375,000.
Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role may be eligible to participate in Fastlyâs equity and discretionary bonus programs.
