  • Drive innovation: Identify new value opportunities, lead brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving sessions with stakeholders across Gartner to define and implement product concepts, features, and capability; lead cross-BU and executive alignment, and run cross-organizational efforts to pilot and execute at scale

  • Lead execution: Integrate activities with teams and functions across Gartner, such as Research, Services and Consulting, without direct authority. Manage continuous improvement

What you will need:

  • Experienced in managing geographically dispersed initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • A bias for action, including balancing tradeoffs, a willingness to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get things done

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team skills

  • Bachelor's degree in technology-related field (e.g., engineering or a related); Masters or other advanced degree preferred

What you will get:

  • Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching and more!
