Join the forefront of healthcare technology as VP - Product Marketing, for the Science & Technology Organization at GE HealthCare. This pivotal role will strategize and align efforts with GE HealthCare's vision, driving revenue, stakeholder satisfaction, and market expansion. Collaboration is key as you partner with other leaders and teams for product launches, portfolio management, and growth opportunities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the global efforts for analyst relations, sales/field enablement, and channel / partner marketing to achieve strategic business and marketing goals, to include:

a. Full assessment of analyst landscape for GE STO offering(s); identification and relationship building of key analysts in coverage area; achievement of leadership position in major evaluations; creation of thought leadership content channel for leveraging in marketing/sales efforts. Establish GE STO's leadership position in the space along 3 distinct areas: market leadership, ability to execute, and innovation/vision.

b. Evaluation and update of key sales enablement efforts to include universal mental model to drive understanding of benefits obtained through ongoing adoption of GE STO offering(s); establishment of common sales engagement methodology centered around customer initiatives; development of content and enablement assets to align with above and scale; establish common metric measurements to ensure targeted enablement on an ongoing basis; leverage dynamic competitive intelligence to arm field team(s).

c. Lead full partner marketing effort; assist in clear definition of target partner market (including preferences and demographics); identify ideal channels to reach that audience; ensure GE STO value proposition translates effectively to diverse channel customer sets; set clear channel segments, capture goals, and key relationships; ensure channel incentives align with GE STO channel penetration objectives.

2. Business Development and Portfolio Management: Understand healthcare market trends. Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer and GE STO leadership to develop growth strategies. Partner with Business Development, Product Management, Technology, Segments, and Regions to recognize and support growth opportunities. This includes share gain, successful commercial activation of current and future new product introductions (NPIs) and installed based growth programs. In partnership with the above, ensure GE STO makes informed decisions on ideal customer profile, growth strategy, and market capture.

3. Vision Realization and Stakeholder Interaction: Translate GE STO strategy, across research, digital and AI, and care pathways, into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with the company's vision. Build strong ties with cross-functional partners. Act as key resource to translate strategy to existing and potential customers and channel partners.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years professional experience with at least 3 years of combined experience in healthcare, technology, and strategic leadership.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, mass communications, or related field. Graduate degree preferred.

- Managed a marketing portfolio exceeding $50M with a growth rate of 20%.

- Deep and comprehensive understanding of cloud and AI tech solutions.

- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $200,000.00-$300,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
