We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Marketing leader to drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives across multiple offerings. This role will partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate customer insights into impactful campaigns that accelerate adoption, revenue, and market share. The ideal candidate will build and scale a high-performing team, lead market research, and shape the company’s voice in the industry. You will play a critical role in defining customer personas, influencing GTM strategy, and creating collateral that improves sales effectiveness. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, thought leadership, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Accountabilities:
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to drive adoption, pipeline, and market impact.
- Conduct in-depth user and market research to define personas, uncover pain points, and understand competitive landscape.
- Partner with sales, sales enablement, and product teams to create collateral such as pitch decks, demos, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and products, including pricing, packaging, and campaign execution.
- Drive customer advocacy initiatives to increase adoption, engagement, referrals, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Build, mentor, and scale the Product Marketing team to enhance performance, learning, and career growth.
- Collaborate with industry analysts, influencers, and experts to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and relevance in the market.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including leadership or senior roles.
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, messaging, persona research, and user/customer insights.
- Preferably experience in infrastructure, developer tools, or technology products marketed to developers.
- Experience in marketing to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to empathize with customers and solve problems with actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success driving business impact in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Strong analytical skills, market awareness, and business acumen.
